Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact me at traditionalequestrian@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact me and I'll be happy to arrange an exchange.
